Built in-house, running in production
The software layer is the part that outlives the prototype, so we built ours rather than rebuilding it on every project. Meshware is a device control plane: enrollment, over-the-air updates, health monitoring, remote access, and incident history for hardware deployed somewhere you are not.
It runs real fleets today. When a project needs that layer, it does not start from zero.
Split a product across a board house, a firmware contractor, and a software team and you have bought yourself three schedules, three interpretations of the spec, and a seam between each pair.
The bugs live in those seams, and every vendor involved can credibly blame the other two. A sensor gets chosen by people who will never write its driver. A driver gets written by people who will never see the dashboard. Nobody owns the part where all of it has to work at once.
Everyware Solutions covers all three layers with one team. The people picking the sensor sit with the people writing its driver and the people shipping the dashboard, so a handoff is a conversation rather than a change order.
We keep the team small and the number of concurrent projects smaller. Depth on a few products beats a queue of shallow ones, and it is what keeps the three layers genuinely integrated instead of merely delivered together.
