  • What is Everyware?

  • How long does Everyware take to synchronize my material?
    It is highly dependent on the quantity of material,  network bandwidth, and client computing power.  Our software compression and incremental techniques will reduce your overall time needed to synchronize your material with that which is on the central server. Back to top

  • Does Everyware support compression?
    Yes. Everyware will compress your material before transfer to the central server. Back to top

  • Does Everyware support encryption?
    Yes. Everyware uses the most secure encryption methods available for public use.  Back to top

  • Can I purchase the Everyware directly from the website?

  • Is Everyware software compatible with Windows 2000 and Windows ME?
    The Everyware client has been tested to work with Windows 2000 and Windows ME.  The Everyware server is compatible with Windows 2000.  Back to top

  • Will Everyware synchronize every file every time?
    No. The Everyware client only synchronizes the files that need synchronization.  This greatly decreases the time needed. Back to top

  • How do customers get the latest version of the Everyware software?

  • Is purchasing from our website secure?

  • How can I purchase software without giving my credit card online?
    If you do not feel comfortable giving your credit card or other information over the internet yet, there are other ways to purchase our software:
    1. Fax: Follow the online order process, and on the page with the option "Payment Method", chose "Call or Fax". When your order is complete, print out the confirmation and fax your Credit Card details to +1-604-214-9658, Attn: Everyware Internet Sales.
    2. Telephone: You may telephone us at +1-604-214-9657 (8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday Pacific Standard Time) and our sales team will be happy to assist you with your order.
    3. Mail: You may also mail your payment to us in the form of a Cheque/Draft (International orders please make sure it is a Bank Guaranteed Cheque) in Canadian funds to:

    The Server requirements are:
    1. Pentium II 300 or better (PIII 500 recommended).
    2. 128 MB RAM (256MB recommended).
    3. 50 MB free disk space (for program files).
    4. Windows NT 4.0 SP4.
    5. Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher.

    2. 64MB RAM (128 recommended).
    3. 20MB Disk space (for program files only)
